LORI A. LA SALLE, ESQ. is a founding partner of La Salle, La Salle, & Dwyer, P.C. She has over two decades of experience representing a wide array of healthcare providers such as large heath systems, nursing homes, physician practices, IPA's, clinical laboratories, home health agencies, ASCs, FQHCs and RHIOs in all aspects of regulatory-compliance, fraud and abuse, HIPAA, managed care contracting, corporate formation commercial and government audits, employment and severance arrangements, drafting and negotiating employment, Article 81 Guardianships, and Article 9 matters. Ms. La Salle also handles uncontested divorces, landlord-tenant disputes, and immigration matters such as family-based petitions, Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ), TPS, and removal proceedings. 

 

Ms. La Salle is a member of the Health Law Committee of the New York State Bar Association; the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Elder Law and Hospital and Health Law section of the Nassau County Bar Association. Additionally she is on the governing board of the Glen Cove Child Care Center, Inc., a federally funded head start program.
